Be a over-comer. Many people start off in one direction and give up as soon as it comes to be a bit hard, or causes discomfort or requires sacrifice. Don’t quit. I have quit so many things time and time again. Normally because I don’t see results within the first 24 hours which is pathetic as you are rarely see results that sustain in just 21 days.

Stop quitting when the going gets rough. It is going to take some form of sacrifice to get results. If it is worth fighting for then fight for it.

I am sick and tired of being sick and tired and not getting results. That is why I am staying focused on my main online business and not jumping from shiny object to shiny object. I need and want to apply the same focus to losing weight.

Press through as on the other side of the pain is a victory. There is a result and it is worth the pain. You can have the pain of discipline today or the pain of regret tomorrow. Which is it going to be?
