What is your Purpose Online?

What is your Purpose Online?

Posted on 27. Sep, 2014 by Julia Mitchell.

What is your purpose online?  What is your vision and reason?

Is it to make a lot of money?

Or is it to change lives?

Here’s what I find . . . most people WANT to change people’s lives (don’t you?) but in reality what is driving them is to make more money . . . to buy a car, pay off a debt, etc.

Maybe that’s you.

But here’s what I’ve discovered: when you are simply using the money as the goal . .. you spin your wheels. Think up ideas, put a lot of time and energy into them . . . and they just don’t pan out.

Is that you?

If so, here’s what I’ve found that works even BETTER for actually getting the money to come in:

It’s having an express purpose that is very specifically all about changing people’s lives in some way through YOUR web site, web business, web idea, etc.

You see, when you focus on changing lives, when your purpose is to help others or to change the way things are done in your niche, instead of monetary, you grow faster, get faster results, get more clients, and what ends up is you make MORE money.

And then your money goal is met.

It’s like when you try to make it happen, it doesn’t.

But when you focus on something else (strategically) THEN it happens.

Just like in other parts of your life.

What’s your purpose?

Is it time to change your purpose from money to people and the changes you want to make in their lives?

What I am up To!

What I am up To!

Posted on 23. Jul, 2014 by Julia Mitchell.

I’m excited to say that I am healing well, that the future is looking so much brighter and wanted to thank all you wonderful people for your love and support during this time.

I’ve decided to head back into the direct sales industry and fortunate to have found one that ticks a number of boxes for me.

For starters I wanted something that is backed by people with integrity and people that when you do a Google search on them don’t came up as scammers.

I want multipy streams of income and by having that as an option under one roof is fantastic.

I want to be able to earn serious money for my hard work and the compensation plan allows me when qualified to earn all levels to infinity.

I want the option to sell my business if at the end of the day there were reasons where I couldn’t do it anymore.

I want the option to be able to promote other products if I chose to, not that I am but I want that option.

I want a product that is unique, does what it says it would do, something that I would not be embarrassed by or uncomfortable sharing with others.

A Company that I can earn money from working in a part-time or full time situation.  A realistic initial outlay that would not take months or years to recoup.

Something that I could share with people online or offline.  To give people the opportunity to be either a customer or a business builder.

Choice in how I market, variety of products, income levels, global opportunity, not selling hope but rather a true product that works.

Why am I doing this?  Because I have always had a desire to help people make money online via a direct sales opportunity that changes the health, mindset and lifestyle of those involved.  To generate an income that allows me to give into various charities that I want to and to have the freedom to create a community of like minded people.

I believe in the product, the vision, the people and You!

Obstacles or Opportunties

Posted on 23. Jul, 2014 by Julia Mitchell.

The needs of other people are not obstacles to overcome; in actuality, they are the very opportunities we have to lead.  In light of what I have gone through over these last few months and years even I believe it is all for a reason and all leading to the place that where I am now.

I found this great blog post below that I wanted to share and please visit the site to read more.

Obstacles and difficulties in life can be challenging! B.C. Forbes was a Scottish financial journalist and author. He once said: “History has demonstrated that the most notable winners usually encountered heartbreaking obstacles before they triumphed. They finally won because they refused to become discouraged by their defeats. Disappointments acted as a challenge. Don’t let difficulties discourage you.”

Often our obstacles can be used to activate dormant giftings within us that we have failed to realize. These difficulties can also bring new strength to our lives. Don’t you love the way the very situations we hate and avoid at all costs can be used to propel us into something wonderful?

Men and women throughout history have allowed life’s hard places to be turned into opportunities for good.

  • A diving accident in 1967 left 17-year-old Joni Eareckson Tada a quadriplegic. She was confined to a wheelchair and unable to use her arms. Tada developed a determination to overcome her handicap. Her name is now recognized around the world as a person who encourages others to break free from their limitations. She is an artist, musician, author, radio host and founder of Joni and Friends, a ministry to the disability community. In 2005, she was appointed to the Disability Advisory Committee of the U.S. State Department.
  • Sheila Holzworth lost her sight at age 10 when the orthodontic headgear attached to her braces snapped. Her eyes were gouged, and she was blinded. In spite of her blindness, Holzworth climbed Mt. Rainer’s icy summit in 1981. She also became an international figure in athletics for the disabled. In 1989 Holzworth was named an Outstanding Young American by the United States Junior Jaycees.
  • The apostle Paul wrote of times when he was beaten and left for dead. He describes being stoned, experiencing shipwreck, enduring dangers all around him and surviving many hardships (2 Cor. 11:22-30). He learned to turn these obstacles into opportunities for God.

Opportunities can be defined as “a set of circumstances that provide a chance or a possibility.” These opportunities can be blessings that present themselves to be grasped, or they can be lost. Circumstances are all around us. As these circumstances are grasped, opportunities surface.

The Lord uses adversity and difficult obstacles to strengthen us. He does not always cause the situation, but He will take every hard thing in our lives and use it for our good. I love what James Dobson says in his book When God Doesn’t Make Sense:

“Is there a logical reason why the Lord asks us to strengthen our resolve and meet our difficulties head-on? We cannot be spiritually stable and emotionally unstable at the same time. We are in a spiritual war with a deadly foe tracking us every hour of the day. Flabby, overindulged, pampered Christians just don’t have the stamina to fight this battle. Thus, the Lord puts us on a spiritual treadmill every now and then to keep us in good fighting condition.”

A good verse to hold on to when obstacles try to limit your progress is Romans 8:28: “And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.”

God has a high calling and a purpose for your life. Allow the obstacles along your path to strengthen you—and turn them into opportunities for good. This probably sounds good, but how do we do this?

  • Identify the greatest obstacle hindering your progress. That obstacle may be a mindset of failure or defeat. Often, the greatest battlefield is in our minds. Henry Ford once said, “Failure is the opportunity to begin again more intelligently.” Get up and begin again. You learned some valuable lessons during those difficult days. You are now ready to move forward.
  • Find the redemptive quality in your obstacle. Find the ingredient necessary for lemonade in your bucket of lemons! History tells us that Winston Churchill was defeated as prime minister after World War II. His wife tried to encourage him. She told him his defeat was a blessing in disguise. “If it is,” Churchill replied, “then it is very effectively disguised.” Although he was devastated over his defeat, he learned through the hard place. Later he went on to fulfill his very illustrious career. He found a redemptive ingredient in the midst of his great obstacle, including winning the Nobel Prize in Literature in 1953.
  • Let the Lord bring comfort and strength to you during this time. David woke up one morning rejoicing over the prospect of going home to Ziklag after a victorious battle. By the end of the day, he and his soldiers felt like the rug had been pulled from under them. Their wives and children were captured. Their homes were burned. His own men turned against him. Someone described that day as the worst of David’s life. But David learned to encourage himself in the Lord (see 1 Sam. 30:1-6).

When our circumstances are not encouraging, the presence of the Lord encourages us. When no person is around to encourage us, the Lord will speak to us and encourage us. When you feel you have had the worst day of your life, allow the Lord to comfort and encourage you. He will never leave you and will not forsake you.

Allow the Lord to give you a new plan that turns your obstacle into opportunity. J. Sidlow Baxter, a pastor, author and a theologian, said: “What is the difference between an obstacle and an opportunity? Our attitude toward it. Every opportunity has a difficulty and every difficulty has an opportunity.”

Begin to create opportunities out of your obstacles. Fight for the right to fulfill God’s destiny for your life. God’s future for your life is waiting for you to apprehend it.

Dr Wallach Benny Hinn TV Show

The phones have been ringing off the hook since Dr Joel Wallach’s recent visit on Pastor Benny Hinn’s very popular ‘This Is Your Day’ TV program. Dr Wallach’s claims of amazing health benefits of supplementing with the 90 Essential Nutrients not only caught the attention of Mr Hinn, but evidently many in the pastor’s vast audience who want to be healthy and happy.

As a veterinarian, Dr Wallach was in charge of a monumental study involving animals in the wild with Marlon Perkins, of Mutual of Omaha fame. His work on the project is now in the Smithsonian Institute. The major discovery he made was that every animal that died of natural causes died of a nutritional deficiency. The animal industry went on to eliminate 900 different diseases and birth defects in animals based on this work. When Wallach couldn’t get doctors to embrace the idea that the concepts should work the same way in humans he became a physician himself and started applying the very same principles to his patients and they got better.

Pastor Hinn was fascinated by Dr Wallach’s experiences with people who had reversed or eliminated many chronic illnesses by supplementing with the 90 Essential Nutrients and extra of what their body needed the most. Dr Wallach said the 90 Essential Nutrients consists of 60 minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 Amino Acids, and 2-3 Essential Fatty Acids.

“Most people will never get these from the foods they eat. They aren’t in today’s foods because they aren’t in the soil,” he said, “even organic.”

Diabetes, arthritis, MS, osteoporosis, heart disease, and high blood pressure, are just a few of the chronic diseases that Dr Wallach said can be eliminated. It is reported that Dr Wallach has had to sue the FDA eight times for the right to make certain health claims that are true.

Dr Wallach’s books and CD’s, most notably his work titled ‘Dead Doctor’s Don’t Lie’ have sold over 180 million copies. He gives over 300 free health lectures every year. He is the Founder of Youngevity Products, the company that produces the formulas he developed to provide people with the 90 Essential Nutrients. He makes no money from the sale of these products, only his books and tapes. He said he set it up this way so no one could ever say he was just making claims to sell products.

Mr. Hinn said he would like to have Dr Wallach back in the very near future.

Be strong and courageous

Be strong and courageous

Posted on 12. Jun, 2014 by Julia Mitchell.

” The Lord called Joshua to be strong and courageous. Courage is confidence in action, making choices and taking action in spite of the fear that threatens to hold us back. Courage flows from confidence in who God is and an awareness of His call on our lives. It flows from confidence in the Lord’s presence and promises. Where do you need to act courageously?

“No one will be able to stand against you all the days of your life. As I was with Moses, so I will be with you; I will never leave you nor forsake you. Be strong and courageous because you will lead these people to inherit the land I swore to their ancestors to give them “—Joshua 1:5-6

“I am strong, vigorous, and very courageous.  I am not afraid, neither am I dismayed, for the Lord my God is with me wherever I go” – Joshua 1:9

“I am strong and courageous.  I am not afraid or discouraged, because the Lord my God is with me to help me fight my battles.” – 2 Chronciles 32:7-8

“I am standing firm, letting nothing move me.  I give myself fully to the work of the Lord, because I know that my labour in the Lord in not in vain” – 1 Corinthians 15:58

We all go through times when things just seem so hard and difficult with no end in site.

Prayer: Lord, You call me to exchange fear for confidence. You have promised that I can be confident in You. Let my life, like Moses’ and Joshua’s lives, prove Your promise. Let my confidence in You come to life in courageous action today. I ask in Jesus’ name, amen.

Courage has many faces. Sometimes courage and bravery looks like fearlessness; sometimes it looks like waiting patiently; sometimes it is reflected in humble obedience. Jesus courageously faced the cross; Mary courageously watched her Son suffer; the women courageously went to anoint His body. Always God-honoring courage is motivated by love. How is God calling you to live bravely and courageously today?

“Wait patiently for the Lord. Be brave and courageous. Yes, wait patiently for the Lord. “—Psalm 27:14 NLT

Stop signs are there for a reason

Stop signs are there for a reason

Posted on 09. May, 2014 by Julia Mitchell.

It has been a long and arduous journey for me these last 6 months or so. I have been fortunate to have the love and support of my husband along the way.

For several months I have experienced stress, anxiety, panic attacks, tears, back pain, chest pain, migraines and depression.

Visits to the doctor and time off has helped but I knew deep inside it was time to stop what I was doing being my job. Obviously being a high income earner it takes a step of faith to resign especially when my husband’s income is irregular, so I continued to solider on and ignore the voice in my head.

After seeking counsel I realised for months I had been speaking out over my life that something would change in April this year and it was only after a conversation with a dear friend and her reminding me of this that I knew I had a choice.

I could continue down the path and potentially end up in hospital and a crazy loony house or leave. Ask anyone who is married “a Happy Wife is a Happy Life” so I handed in my resignation giving a months notice. This was not to take effect for another week but …

This week I experienced a mini breakdown at work, I could not function, was in tears constantly and after seeking more counsel it was decided best for me to leave immediately.

So just like that after giving a solid 2 1/2 years to one Company, selling $3 million in policies I left without even a thank you or goodbye. I was devastated to say the least, I had met and made some lovely friends and would have liked to at least say farewell. Not to be at the end of the day maybe I was proud and thought I was someone but in reality I was just a number.

So I’ve had a few days and will have more to come on reflecting, sleeping, walks on the beach and praying for direction. I already have some ideas but are not rushing into anything.

The photo above I took on my walk and it reminded me that I did actually hear the still voice say leave many months ago but never took time to be still and actually really listen and ask.

So this is my journey and I thank you for being with me on it.

Have you ever dreamt of starting your own online business or have you attempted to do this and haven’t seen any return on your time, effort and money?

If you are anything like me I have been sold out to hype, the next shiny object, the get in ground floor opportunity, the buy your paid signups and this is just in the last six months.  As disappointing as all of this has been for me, it has led me to the place to where I am today and that is why I want to share with you.

It is so annoying and frustrating that you put your trust in leaders in the industry to guide you but in reality they are just in business for themselves and at the end of the day they will do what will benefit them the most.

Anyway moving forward, instead of putting any more money and time in these type of businesses, I am have stepped up and purchased an online marketing franchise with Matt Lloyd.

This business ticks the boxes for me in so many ways.

My Top Tier Business is a 21 step system with a coach who teaches you how to make 1k, 3k and 5k commissions. These commissions are being closed for you by the coaches so you don’t ever have to make another phone call if you don’t want to.

First level is called MLR which stands for MOBE License Rights. MOBE is a company formed by Matt, creator of my top tier business. And this level entitles you to 1k commissions, a thousand dollar commissions.

Next level and it’s called Titanium Mastermind. This level allows you to earn 3k commissions and the highest level is the Platinum Mastermind which entitles you to 5k commissions.

Get started today you won’t regret it.

Stop Quitting

Stop Quitting

Posted on 06. Apr, 2014 by Julia Mitchell.

Be a over-comer. Many people start off in one direction and give up as soon as it comes to be a bit hard, or causes discomfort or requires sacrifice. Don’t quit. I have quit so many things time and time again. Normally because I don’t see results within the first 24 hours which is pathetic as you are rarely see results that sustain in just 21 days.

Stop quitting when the going gets rough. It is going to take some form of sacrifice to get results. If it is worth fighting for then fight for it.

I am sick and tired of being sick and tired and not getting results. That is why I am staying focused on my main online business and not jumping from shiny object to shiny object. I need and want to apply the same focus to losing weight.

Press through as on the other side of the pain is a victory. There is a result and it is worth the pain. You can have the pain of discipline today or the pain of regret tomorrow. Which is it going to be?

How a WordPress Site Can Help You Make Money Online

How a WordPress Site Can Help You Make Money Online

Posted on 29. Mar, 2014 by Julia Mitchell.

In this video, you’re going to learn how to easily create a website using free software called WordPress that has truly changed the way that websites are made.

Now here is the beautiful thing if you’re an online marketer or someone with a website or blog that you want to promote. In the past, in order to create a website, you had to learn how to code, how to program HTML, PHP, or whatever in order to get your website up on the page.

Or, you had to hire a designer or programmer and possibly spend thousands of dollars or more getting them to design a template because you had to have one original site made every time you needed one.

As you’ll see with WordPress, someone creates a site or a theme or a design that you upload and use. It ends up being much cheaper for you and much easier.

The third option in the past, too, was using FrontPage which is a very old program for making websites or some kind of do-it-yourself software—which, I’ll be honest, often look cheap and less attractive than something that is more professionally done.

A WordPress website, on the other hand, is such a better solution because you can install it in 15 minutes. Once you have your domain name and your hosting account, and the two of those are linked, then you can just log into your hosting account and install WordPress very simply and easily. And, it’s free or very inexpensive to have a WordPress website.

These designers will create beautiful website designs, meaning the layout, what goes where, even pictures, choosing fonts, etc. You just download that file for free and upload it to your hosting. Or, for a really good looking one, you can pay a couple of dozen or up to one hundred dollars at the most and get some really good looking designs.

So a lot of these designs are already made, you just choose the one that works for you and install it without having to have any programming knowledge of your own.

So now we’re going to run you through these three steps to easily create a website with WordPress. Step number one is to choose the right theme. The next step is to install it. And the last step is to install the particular theme that you want to use.

So choosing a theme is step number one, or choosing a design that someone has already made that’s going to accomplish what you want to accomplish on your own website or blog.

Here’s what to look for among the different themes that you’re choosing from. The first step is to have a beautiful and professional design—one that does not look like it was made by someone who is a teenager or by someone using an older software, but something that really catches your eye and looks crisp, clean, and modern.

The second thing to look for is how functional it is. How much is it going to do what you need it to do. If you want to blog, then it has got to be a blog theme—meaning a header at the top, a sidebar on the left or right side, and columns in the inside for blogging that look very good.

If you want to use your website as a squeeze page or have squeeze pages on your website, then your design has got to allow you to easily create those pages as well. It’s got to be flexible.

Can you make changes to it? What if you want that side bar to be wider? What if you want to change the font that you use? What if you want to use some ready-made squeeze page templates? It’s got to be flexible enough to accomplish those things, if that’s what you need.

And, the last thing to look for is the unique widgets and features that come with each of them. You’ll see a description with each theme of what comes with it. Certain little extra things you can use like calendars, pop ups, etc. There are all kinds of things out there.

You can learn more about WordPress plug-ins in the next video that we come out with. So, the bottom line is to look at the widgets and features that come with each theme and compare them to each other.

Here are some places to find fantastic themes. The first one is WordPress’ own theme directory. Google that, and you go straight to the page. These are all free themes that other WordPress users have created.

My favorite is This is where you can find some free or very inexpensive themes that look very attractive. Some of them are really popular and can accomplish everything you want for only 10, 20, 30 bucks each. Now some other up and coming ones are and

Mojo-Themes is low price as well, think of it as Wal-Mart. CreativeMarket is more like Target, a little more upscale in design. You will pay a little bit more but still less expensive.

The next step is to install the WordPress software itself so that you’ll have the ability to upload your theme to your hosting account and make it visible to anyone who comes to your website.

Fortunately, WordPress has created a tutorial for you at this URL here in the screen right now, where you can follow the steps and have a WordPress software installation done in five minutes.

Get every domain and hosting first but that’s what do-it-yourself very quickly and if those instructions are still too complicated then try and someone can do it for you there for $5.

The last step is installing and uploading the theme itself that you choose in order for your site to appear the way you want it.

Now in order to do this, log in to the WordPress site that you just installed. When you finished installing it, it will give you a URL to click on where you can log in, and enter a username and password. In the left side bar here in black, you’re going to see something called Appearance. Click on that and you’ll see a screen just like this one.

It will show you any themes that you have already uploaded. So you can choose from among several if you want to change the way your site looks over time. If you are doing this for the first time, click the upload button, select the theme that you want, and then your site is going to look the way that you need it.

It might take additional customizing after this. If that’s the case, then hire a programmer off from Fiverr, Odesk, or to make those final changes for you.

So with that said, your website is now up and able to receive the visitors that you generate as a result of each of the different marketing methods you’re using to get people coming to your website. And that is the making-money online game in a nutshell: Have a site that gets people to subscribe and makes sales, then do various lead generation activities to get them coming to that site in the first place.

If you want to find out more ways to do this and make more money online, then click the Subscribe button now in order to see our new videos that we produce like this one as they come out.
